CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS

All guests with reservations over (30) days must undergo a criminal background check to remain on any of our properties. This extends to all employees of the resort before their first day of employment. We think you should know who lives in your neighborhood.



Had everything we needed. Frio cabin was clean, plenty of fresh towels and linens, all the amenities of home. Staff are friendly and helpful, pool is immaculate as is the laundry facilities and the river! I could go on! I look forward to visiting and staying here again.

The staff are friendly, the park is peaceful, there are tons of amenities like a salt water pool, CLEAN showers, and cant forget about the laundry room! There is a river that runs through the old park, you can walk the trail or drive. We enjoyed our stay!
